Forecast Discussion (0600Z-0600Z)

Post-cold-frontal conditions will ensue during the upcoming forecast period, with winds largely from the north. This will allow the temperature/dew point to spread, and the forecasted low will certainly be at the end of the forecast period (28/06Z).  Winds will also be strong(er).

For temperatures, I am aiming right at about 70°F/50°F. Both the 12Z NAM and 12Z GFS are trending lower that previous runs on the high temperature. The low temperature is sort of a toss-up right now, as it is a race to see how cool it can get by 06Z.

Wind Forecast Discussion (0600Z - 0600Z):

Post-cold-frontal winds will blanket the area. Overnight model runs are consistent with sustained winds (although brief) between 15-20 knots.

Precipitation Forecast Discussion (0600Z-0600Z)

It is possible that we could see some lingering rainfall during the early morning, largely before 12Z. Small accumulations would be reasonable to forecast, likely less than 0.10-inches. I will probably aim pretty low, as rainfall today hasn't really materialized as advertised yesterday.
